Two 16-year-old Mexican female swimmers, Paula (Darana Álvarez) and Maestra (Rocio Guzmán), maintain their routines with friends and seem excited about the possibility of competing in Brazil. Yet Paula struggles in silence after becoming a victim of sexual violence at a party. Her inner turmoil becomes temporarily masked but persistently present.
